1. I have broadcast on radio
2. I have lived and worked in France, even though I cannot speak the language.

4. I was an Assistant Scout Leader for 8 years.

Thank you for nominating me! Here are my answers.
1. my worst travel experience has to be when I got really ill in Switzerland and had to cut my trip short to fly back home. I had to take the train back to Frankfurt alone with no travel insurance or med. insurance with a fever and feeling crappy. I was really scared but luckily I found a pharmacy that was open to at least help me get the fever down.
2. I have way too many that I like. But anything from Mumford & Sons I’m a fan.
3. Anytime I talk about my grandfather, he passed away 6 years ago and every time I talk about him or think of him sometimes it always brings a tear to my eye.

6. Someone who is not open and adventurous. I need someone who is willing to do things on a whim.
7. I’m pretty low maintenance so the only thing I’d consider luxury is my camera.

9. Hostels for sure! Its so much easier to meet people.
10. I actually hate flying. I’m not afraid to fly, I just hate the groggy crummy feeling you get from a long flight. I’m usually not in a good mood after a flight. A nice shower, meal and sleep cures it.
11. Slow traveling!! Why rush it? Take in the sights, meet the people, indulge in the culture. Experience every minute of it.

1. What is your worst travel experience? – I’ve never really had any bad experiences so far. Touch Wood!!!
2. What is your favourite song? “I got you babe” – Sonny and Cher
3. What is thing that always brings a tear to your eye? – You Tube videos

5. What would be your last meal? – Tough question. Probably something my mom cooked.
6. Who would be your least ideal travel companion? – Someone with a different plan or idea for the trip. We need to be on the same page.
7. Which luxury would you always travel with? – Laptop and make up.
8. Do you listen to podcasts? – nope.
9. Which do you prefer, Hostels or Hotels? – HOTELS!
10. What do you hate about travelling? – Airports. They make me nervous and I hate sitting around and wait for hours.
11. Slow or quick travelling? – medium travel!!! I don’t like to hang around for too long at the same place. But I also like to have enough time to do everything there is to do.

1. What is your worst travel experience? Our trip to Bali. Dan got DVT on the way over there, broke his foot a few weeks later and was bitten by an insect and nearly died.
2. What is your favourite song? Brown Eyed Girl
3. What is one thing that always brings a tear to your eye? Thinking about living the rest of my life without my best friend/spouse by my side.
4. Which social network do you use the most? Facebook
5. What would be your last meal? Crusty bread, excellent cheese and very good wine.
